The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best! More
