Great low pressure, no nonsense, purchase experience. Craig was great to work with on my trade-in and purchase. I knew what vehicle I wanted and he allowed me ample time to look the truck over and answer Craig was great to work with on my trade-in and purchase. Very low pressure sales tactic, he seemed more intetested in making sure I was informed than trying to “hard sell” me the truck. He made an honest representation of what the vehicle was and assessment of my trade. Pricing was fair and we ended up in the upper range of what I believed to be reasonable for the purchase. It was a low mileage desireable diesel model so there are premiums associated with the purchase. I live an hour away from CRM, the truck needed an alignment for the drive home and it was right at closing time for the dealer, however and the shop quickly accomplished it without complaint. But If I we were closer to the shop I would have them touch it up as it still has a slight pull. I have no problem recommending Craig or CRM Motors to friends or associates. More

This was the case for us when we purchased our F250 diesel. Over all a great truck though. What brought us back to CRM and dealing with Craig Roberts was his sincere concern and care in making things right and taking care of us. We were so pleased as to how things were handled that we returned within 30 days and bought another F250 diesel. We are very pleased with both our vehicles and the great customer service that Craig had given. Do I recommend CRM to provide you with your next vehicle......YES! From the beginning our sales associate, Josh Adkins, answered all questions we had via email and text. He had the vehicle waiting on us when we arrived to test drive. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The day we picked up the vehicle, he met us almost half way to Decatur so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way back down. He was awesome to work with. There are a couple of things we are still getting (touch up paint, set of keys) and we are sure he will deliver (mail them). Thanks Josh for making our experience awesome!!!! More
