Both times I was treated extremely fair - and both times got top dollar for my trade-in. My latest purchase with Valley Subaru was though Frank Smith. I would highly recommend going to see Frank - he offered me only what I needed and wanted, and found it for me. More
sold me a car with an active recall normally I do not post negative feedback, however this time I thought it was worth mentioning the issues I had. I had picked out multiple cars to loo normally I do not post negative feedback, however this time I thought it was worth mentioning the issues I had. I had picked out multiple cars to look at and arrived to meet with an individual. I was running late so I called and spoke to this individual. He said no problem see you then. I arrived I was greeted by 2 different sales people. those individuals advised me the person I was meeting with stepped out and would be back shortly and they said lets get started. I sat there for over 1.5 hrs waiting for them to set up my financing instead of looking at the cars I chose. they would not even take me out to see the cars. I never even got to meet up with the individual I had made the appointment with. I was just treated like a number not an individual. So we went to lunch and almost didn't go back to the dealership. But I had to so I could get back my tax return my bank statements. and pay stubs. When we arrived the person we initially started with was with another customer. So no intention of doing business I walked back to the sales managers office to get my documents. I stood there 10 minutes then the salesperson came back and said something to me and walked into the office then the manager acknowledged her he told her a specific car to show me. She then came out with some keys and said this is the car that matches your financing. ( im just happy it was one on my list) so I said ok lets look at it. I was there so maybe this is not going to be so bad. The car was nice | liked it. and decided to look at price. they said they lowered the price to match what I could get approved for in financing. The price was what Kelly Blue book recommended for that car in that condition. so I did not argue the price but I wish I did now. They also left me with a little over a half a tank of gas. Every Time I have bought a car from a dealer they filled my tank prior to me leaving with the car. When I got home I remembered there were thousands of cars being recalled for faulty airbags. we immediately looked up the make and model. It was on there. I called the dealership the very next day I was told no it was not fixed and I could take it to Brown which was closer to me to get it fixed. Why was I not told about the recall or that it was needed or better yet it should have been fixed before putting out there for sale. When I called Browns to request the repair they asked me why didn't Valley fix this before you sold this to you. So Im skeptical to refer to anybody. I felt like a number not a customer. I went there with the intention to buy a car. I can say that they were friendly enough but that is it. More

After a bad experience at another dealership, I drove over an hour to do business with Valley Subaru. They had been helping me since I began looking at cars and they definitely deserved my business. They helped me get everything I needed together for the sale, talked with me about all of my warranty options, and showed me all of the features in the car. I am very pleased with their help and the effort they have put in to my first car buying experience. More

I used the USAA buyer's service to locate the dealership and ended up purchasing a vehicle that was on the lot rather than wait a month to get the exact color, etc. that I initially wanted. I could not be happier with the purchasing process or with the vehicle. I worked with Charles Camp to arrange the deal and Frank Smith to finalize the purchase and enjoyed working with them very much. I recommend Valley Subaru without any reservation. More

Made the whole experience from the shopping of a new car to the final purchase and being able to drive it away easy and pleasant. From the manager and all staff I dealt with were easy to deal with and friendly with no attitudes at all even if I decided to buy something other than their cars, informative of all brands, just wanted me to be satisfied! Had a wonderful sales person, Caroluce d'Orvilliers-Seal, knows her cars. Thanks Valley for the help. I am going to tell more people from Charlottesville side of the mountain to take a drive over to Stanton and get their car! More
Great buying experience, great car, great dealership! We bought a new Legacy here two weeks ago. This is was a really pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. I'm so used to the "big town" hus We bought a new Legacy here two weeks ago. This is was a really pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. I'm so used to the "big town" hustle, that the experience here was a welcome surprise, and something quite different. Everyone seemed truly interested in making sure that I was fully satisfied with our new car. Patrick Hescox is a top notch salesman. He never rushed me, but instead took tons of time to answer all of my questions, as well as take me on a test spin. Never once did he utter: "what will it take to get you into this car ..." nonsense that is the industry standard.. Branden Fauber was also pivotal; he ultimately made the deal I was comfortable with. He, too, was exceptional in working with me, returning calls and providing information. Even when these two were busy, Bill Yetzer stepped in and answered a lot of questions, and generally made us feel welcome there. Our car had to be brought in from another area, and this was done seamlessly. The car was prepped and available, on time, as they said it would. Since we had company in town, I had asked beforehand that the paper signing process go quickly, and it did. No time wasted on unnecessary items, and I greatly appreciated that. A couple of post-purchase issues came up, and those, too, were dealt with in a timely manner. So, long story short, if you are in need of a vehicle, I can easily recommend Valley Subaru. More
