I dealt with Charles through email and he was extremely receptive and helpful in finding me my new car, went so far as to find the car I wanted that was being shipped from the factory to a different dealership. When I first walked in their building it was just a different environment from any other dealership I've been to, very friendly and welcoming. When it came down to sales time, i worked with Frank Smith, very nice guy and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and provided everything i needed. Even the financial guy Kevin Hahne was friendly and easy to work with in getting an excellent price to fit my budget. In the end i would say i am very satisfied with the experience and would absolutely recommend going there for your car buying needs. I also drove 80 miles and away from several other Subaru dealers and would do it again when i got to buy another car in the future, More

This was the easiest, most straight-forward and pleasant car buying experience yet. It was also the best deal I found anywhere on the Outback. When we first started considering a Subaru, our inclination was to stick with the local dealer up the road and we probably would have bought there if they had had the car we wanted on the lot. But the process was a bit high pressure and" sale-sy. So, when I started looking at other dealers’ inventory, Valley had exactly what we were looking for, were so pleasant and easy to deal with, held the car for us while we were traveling and made the financing super easy and affordable. The finance team was able to beat my long-time bank’s best offer by more than a whole percentage point. We’re thrilled that we made the effort to check out Valley Subaru.
