However, I was undecided on whether to get a Forester or an Outback. Frank Smith was very knowledgeable about all of the available options and in pointing out the differences in the two vehicles. He spent a lot of time answering all of my questions and showing me the key features. I was helped through the entire process and taken care of with respect and a patient and kind attitude even though it being close to closing time. Next time I have anyone looking to buy a car i would send them over to Valley Subaru. I have never been in and out of a dealer knowing everything i need to know about my new car in just under 2 hours from arriving to driving away my new car.
