Surprisingly pleasant experience I've been searching for a particular 2017 Subaru Outback for about a month. Over that month I've dealt with seven dealers throughout Virginia and Valley Subaru was one of the best. When I sat down to negotiate prices, I simply asked for their lowest price possible. Their offer was generous and fair. It was refreshing not haggling, they simply wanted to sell me the car I wanted. They even managed to beat all the other dealers by a fair amount. Patrick, my salesman, was gracious, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about Subaru products. He even took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on my Subaru before I choose to buy. Helen, internet sales and financing, was also extremely helpful. She followed up every email question I had. She was warm, humorous, and made the dull and drab task of discussing financing, loans, and credit scores more like a friendly conversation rather than the usual mind nibbling experiences I've had in the past. I would highly recommend Valley Subaru for a pleasantly surprising new car buying experience. More
