When looking for a new vehicle we were referred to Frank from a friend and it was an amazing experience from the start. During the test drive he was very informative, offering helpful tips and special featu from a friend and it was an amazing experience from the start. During the test drive he was very informative, offering helpful tips and special features. At the dealership he was very considerate of our needs and what features we were looking for. In the end we opted to purchase a brand new Forester. He was upfront and honest with costs, benefits of different packages and time frame. We ordered exactly what we wanted and new how long it would be till it would arrive. Once it arrived, he called us immediately and arranged pick up. During closing he took time to answer all our questions and offer final suggestions. Michael was great with the financing. He also took time to make sure all our questions were answered and we understood all the financing. Frank took time to make sure we understood all the functions of the car and that we were comfortable before we left. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check out CMA Subaru in Staunton! Amazing customer service. More
