I didn't know what I was going to do. My car was totaled and I still had to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, I didn't make it. I was too busy fretting and worrying. On Tuesday, I called Ray Hatcher at Valley Honda in Staunton, Va. He was more than happy to help me. In fact, the whole Team worked hard to get me in a car as fast as they could. They took my worry and turned it into a miracle! By Wednesday night, I was driving a 2012 Honda Accord! I can't thank Ray and the Team enough for how they helped me get back on my feet so quickly. Ray and the Team put normalcy back in my life in just a couple days. Their professionalism, atentative attitude, and resolve, turned my disaster into a jaw dropping disbelief. I met with Kelly after work and couldn't have worked with a more friendly and upbeat person! Kelly gave me great customer service, as well as the other members at Valley Honda. They were willing to do whatever was needed to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and took care of concerns I had, especially with my husband being away.
