I visited the dealership based on the recommendation from a church friend that works in regional Toyota sales. He called ahead to the dealership to let them know I would be visiting, and Vaughn made me feel a church friend that works in regional Toyota sales. We test drove several cars, and they even let me come back several days later with my wife to test drive again. They let me take my time in deciding which model to purchase. It probably took me about 2 weeks to decide. Once the purchase decision was made, the dealership was great to work with me on price, and they gave me a fair price compared to the book value. They gave me a good deal on my trade in vehicle compared to another trade-in offer I had received. They have been great to work with on service as well, as Vaughn will make a service appointment for me with just a phone call. It is re-assuring to have someone to talk with by name at the dealership who can assist with service appointments and other issues. I will probably start having all of our Toyota vehicles serviced here. More

I was looking for a new car and was having difficulty finding what I needed at my local dealerships. They were very helpful and provided all the information and details I needed to purchase my new car. They even held the vehicle a day until I was able to make the trip down. After driving the car and meeting the staff in person I knew I had made the right decision. They even added mud flaps and a bug shield for me right then so it would be perfect. I didn't find out until later that they had to send someone and make a special trip to get the mud flaps for my car. Great Service. I highly recommend Apple Valley and David Boone. When I bought my 2011 4runner Limited it was a demo and had some road chips on the hood and front bumper. I called David and they were quickly taken care of at no expense to me. I also purchased several accessories, they were ordered by David and promptly delivered to the dealership the next day. They were installed promptly. I forgot to mention I live 81 miles away in LaVale, MD but would always purchase and have service from this dealership. #1 in my book!! More
