Finally, some thought should be given to employing more female sales representatives. No, I am not a female, but a male who has had a number of experiences over the years purchasing vehicles. I told him from the start i didn't have alot of time and didn't want to spend hour upon hour haggling to make a deal. I spent maybe an hour total at the dealership- that's test drive, have my vehicle appraised, finance and out the door. I was very pleased with the service I recieved from this dealership. I wanted to purchase the 2012 Scion TC Release Series 7.0; the dealership in winchester had already sold theirs, but they said they could dealership. I visited the winchester dealer (Kern Toyota), and they were not willing to negotiate the value of my trade. I had a 2010 Nissan Xterra, practically brand new. They wanted to give me 17,000 and no more. I was really disappointed, but I know people who have gotten better values from Miller Apple Valley. At first, Apple Valley was only going to give me 18500, but they ending up giving me 20,000. I was so happy that I found someone who could work with me instead of saying "no" right away. Shameka Page was our sales rep. Shameka was so polite and friendly. She did a fantastic job with keeping me up-to-date and working with her manager to get me more for my trade-in. I absolutely love my car!! I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Chevy, Scion, or Toyota!! More
