Booked my January inspection appointment in December. Under Apple Valley ownership, inspections were free as long as you had bought your vehicle there and used them for the inspection. When my vehicle was finished, they told me there was a charge. AT NO TIME DID THEY INFORM ME OF THE CHANGE IN POLICY. I was not told when I booked my appointment, I was not told when I left my vehicle in the bay, I was not informed at ANY time. What would have happened if I had no money (or less money than the inspection fee) or no check or no credit card with me? This complete lack of communication, lack of concern and lack of caring for the customer has lost them my business. I bought my last few Toyotas from them (as have many family members). NONE of us will go back there again. Their lack of ethics and honesty has cost them. I would NOT recommend CMA Toyota to anyone. More
We were traveling between PA and NC and had an issue with our Rav4 Hybrid. We stopped here and the service department helped us right away and helped us continue on our trip that afternoon. When we were hit by a moving truck in Colorado in June and our new Highlander Hybrid was totaled, our local dealerships basically told us to leave a deposit and "wait in line" for 6-12 months. I searched dealerships across the country and couldn't get any help until CMA owner Liza Myers Borches stepped in, connected me with Jason Wolfe and David Boone who went so far above and beyond to find me a replacement vehicle that it left me in shock and awe. Up to this point, I'd had either fine or poor experiences with dealerships but this one is truly something extraordinary. I have never felt more cared about when buying a car (especially under such traumatizing circumstances) and when Jason said he was going to give it his all, I knew I was connected with a human being with a big heart, not just a salesperson. I can never say enough positive things about this dealership and even though I live 1600 miles away, you better believe I'm going to recommend them to everyone and reach out to them first for my future Toyotas - they are THAT AMAZING! I just bought a 2022 Camry Hybrid XSE and had a phenomenal experience!! The car is amazing and I got the car that I really wanted! Jane Horning responded to me from my web inquiries Jonathan phenomenal experience!! The car is amazing and I got the car that I really wanted! Jane Horning responded to me from my web inquiries Jonathan Jaeger is the sales manager who responded to me after hours Keith Barrow is the salesman who sold me the car Niki Slaughter is the Finance Manager ALL of them was very efficient, professional, and helpful!! What you NEED to know is that this dealership does NOT do any mark ups on their cars! With the current wait/supply of cars, many dealers add mark ups to their vehicle and just call it "market rate." This dealership is also very transparent in what they do and in the pricing they have. I initially worked with Jane and Jonathan for the vehicle that I wanted. I knew I had to wait but they reached out to me as soon as the vehicle got to their dealership! The Vehicle had 6 miles after I drove it around and bought it! Keith and Niki were very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't want to buy. They broke down the price and I bought the option I wanted. That's the other thing! This dealership did not haggle, there was no feeling that any person took advantage of the other, on either side. I highly reccomend this dealership and every person I mentioned!! If every dealership/personnel was like this, the industry would have an amazing reputation! Thank you all!! More

FYI: The name of the Dealer is CMA Toyota of Martinsburg. We found a 2022 Camry SE Hybrid they had advertised online for a good price. I called the dealer to check availability and spoke to Matt (Matthew Peters). He said the Car was available. We set up and appointment for the same day. I took my family with me. When we arrived, Matt was waiting for me. Instead of taking us to the Camry, he said he had a better deal on a Brand New 2021 Venza XLE. He told me all its details. My wife wanted an SUV, so I was interested. I asked him how many miles on the Venza and he said 8 miles. Before even checking my credit, he said he could get me a nice interest rate. He went straight into filling out a Credit Application and getting my trade-in appraised. After settling on my trade-in value and getting approved. I said lets go test the car. He got in the driver's seat. Which I thought it was weird. When I asked him why he was going to drive, he said the car had no gas and was going to stop by the gas station. When he turned on the engine, I noticed 456 Miles on the Odometer. Not 8 miles, as he had said. When I asked why the car had 456 miles and not 8, he replied those miles were for transporting the car from another dealer. I should've walked away from the deal at that moment, but my wife really liked the car and she said 456 miles was not a big deal. Matt had, yet another surprise: one of the Keyfobs was missing. My wife had falling in love with the car so we still moved forward with the purchase (I regret it). Matt promised he was going to have the Keyfob in one week's time. It was another lie. It took over a month and too many unanswered texts and phone calls to finally get the keyfob. Upon my arrival to the service center, Josh, the Service Rep told me they didn't have anybody capable to program the Keyfob. If I wanted, they could try but it was not guaranteed to work. I was very upset. I regret not walking away from this dealership when I had the chance. They have Horrible ethics and Horrible customer service. It was a horrible experience. Stay away!!! More
Not a good fit. This is what I was told. When finalizing paperwork, I noticed the rebate for using Toyota financing wasn't included; in the big picture, the rebate was small but was promised nonetheless. I was told there was no rebate, which is fine, but the person assisting with paperwork was already turned off by my responses to the additional warranties/additions/upcharges was argumentative. I was told she has "never in her life..." and that my purchase from their business was "not a good fit". She acted as though she could cancel my financing and wouldn't continue the paperwork process until I in some way agreed that I wouldn't be an unhappy customer. The situation was odd, heated, and terribly uncomfortable. Never again. More
