As in my earlier purchase, David truly listened to my wants and needs, showed us various vehilces, and after a short time (and two doughnuts for Nicholas) we walked out with a new 2010 Toyota Highlander Hydrid. My family and friends all love the car and it has exceeded our expectations in many ways. The good news is that the professionalism and customer service that is shown in purchasing the vehicle carries through with the Apple Valley service department. Over the last couple of years in servicing my Prius, each of the service department schedulers have worked me without exception with my busy schedule to meet my service needs. After a very helpful call from David Boone, it was worth the hour drive out for the purchase.
