Receptionist/service department requested…she was very helpful and understanding of issue/problem. She scheduled me within a few days, allowing the required part to come in. Upon arrival “Shaun” was a helpful and understanding of issue/problem. She scheduled me within a few days, allowing the required part to come in. Upon arrival “Shaun” was also very helpful and understanding. He asked me a few questions and got my vehicle right in, after he finished with his previous customer. He/they (your team of service personnel) accommodated me with not only my main concern/issue on my Subaru Forester but, several other minor issues I wanted looked at and corrected if necessary.
