Yearly Service on 2013 FIT We just had our 2013 Honda FIT in for its yearly service. This year, I made our appointment online and chose Amy Hoover as the contact person. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, Amy greeted us and then confirmed what our service needs were. There was a slight difference between what I had ordered online and what she understood we needed, but she was very flexible in accommodating the change. While we waited, we had a look at the new Hondas on the lot and chatted with a sales person. Sadly we learned that the salesperson who sold us our FIT, and my neighbor her FIT as well, had left the dealership. It took about an hour for the service to be completed. Amy happily accepted the coupon the dealership had emailed me so we received $20.00 off the cost of the service. We settled up and were on our way. Overall, other then learning about our salesperson who resigned, it was a very satisfying experience. We will continue to have our FIT serviced here and when the time comes, purchase our next Honda from this dealership. More

Travis was excellent to deal with and each time understood what we were searching for and had all the answers to our questions. Financing was an extremely easy process as well. The lifetime warranty on the drive train and the wrap around protection add-on makes it well worth the trip. I had always brought my Accord in to the service department and they were quick and efficient each time. With the miles that I put on due to commuting, they were always ready to provide the service with no wait time and at a good price. Kudos to Miller Honda. More

I received the amount I wanted for my tradein with out any haggling over prices. The gentlemen in the finance department was awesome too! .
