2016 Pilot Elite My first visit to Miller Honda was about 3 months before my purchase. I wanted to take a look and test drive the 2016 Pilot and was greeted by Phili My first visit to Miller Honda was about 3 months before my purchase. I wanted to take a look and test drive the 2016 Pilot and was greeted by Philip Breeden who checked me out on most of the new features of the 2016 and arranged a test drive to get the feel of the new Pilot. I had previously viewed and test drove a 2015 Toyota Highlander, the chief competitor of the Pilot, to compare the two vehicles. Philip spent considerable time with me explaining the features of the Pilot, even though he knew I wasn't interested in the model Pilot that were available on the lot at the time. This impressed me since he knew I wasn't going to purchase the model we examined. I was also impressed with his thoroughness and respectful attitude toward someone who wasn't going to purchase immediately. When I decided to order the Pilot, he and the personnel at Miller were all helpful to getting the exact model, color, interior, and options that I wanted. Kudos to all. More
