I felt like I got a real good deal on my used Honda Accord. One of the reasons I'm responding to this survey, is because I wasn't pressured into anything. We went into this dealership looking for a new truck for my husband because it was the closest one to our house even though I expected lower prices at the locations closer to the DC Metropolitan area. Andy was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly and I liked him as soon as I met him. After we decided on a make, model, color, and trim I got to work emailing the 10 closest Honda dealerships around us, up to 100 miles away to find the best price. Andy promised to meet or beat the lowest price I found and he delivered on his promise! He had the best communication and made sure to touch base with me often to answer questions but didnt bug me with constant emails like all the other dealerships did. We made our purchase yesterday and I'm being completely honest when I say I was 100% satisfied with everything. We pulled up and found him personally wiping down everything to make sure it was spotless and I even found a very special gift for me in the passenger seat! I would recommend Andy and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. We couldnt have had a better experience here! More

I had an electrical problem and my battery would not hold a charge. I replaced the battery before taking it to Miller Honda. The new battery would not hold a charge. I took the car to Miller and they held a charge. I replaced the battery before taking it to Miller Honda. The new battery would not hold a charge. I took the car to Miller and they held it for 3 working days, charged me $250.00 and told me I had a bad battery. After verifying that the replacement battery was not bad, I took the car to another repair shop that found the car had a faulty relay in the air conditioning electrical system. I subsequently demanded my money back from Miller and after about 4 weeks delay, they sent me a check. I just cannot trust Miller's service department after this experience. More
