Charlie was our salesperson...he was knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. Darren worked hard to squeeze as much as possible out of our trade-in vehicles and offered a deal that made us buy both vehicles on the spot. Gail in finance was friendly and efficient...the best financing experience I've ever had, by far. My family's experience with Miller Honda / VW was very positive. (None of us like a high-pressure sale and Andy was very approachable, plus he was good with sales follow-up by phone.) Andy definitely understood our goals right away (as in, we need to keep our costs down, so help us find a really useful / high-mileage vehicle for a family with kids and pets, and please reassure us that our car will keep running well for many years to come). We have been driving our new VW Jetta Sportswagen for 6 months / 12,000 miles and we really appreciate Andy for making the purchase and follow-up as easy as possible! Wayne Barr, our Sales Consultant, immediately put us at ease with his friendly yet professional attitude. Wayne did not use high pressure selling techniques on us, but offered us a great deal. Wayne was very considerate and very knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient in answering all of them.
