(None of us like a high-pressure sale and Andy was very approachable, plus he was good with sales follow-up by phone.) Andy definitely understood our goals right away (as in, we need to keep our costs down, so help us find a really useful / high-mileage vehicle for a family with kids and pets, and please reassure us that our car will keep running well for many years to come).
