I have to say this is the Third Vehicle I have purchased at Miller Honda thru Wayne! There is a reason for that! Wayne is top shelf when it comes to customer service and making a potential customer feel at at Miller Honda thru Wayne! There is a reason for that! He elimates the car buyer's fear and uncertainty with such an important and expensive purchasing decision. Wayne, and the team at Miller truly make you feel at home. I enjoyed this sale process the best, as my needs were a bit focused, with a specific type of Pilot I wanted. Wayne and Darron (sales mgr) went out of their way to accommodate me, and in the end we found a very good solution and vehicle. I also enjoyed the paperwork process with Page. FYI, I am now a "Piloteer"! More
From the moment that my husband and I walked into the dealership our experience was amazing. We were met with friendly smiles and great customer service. Gail Jasper took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and needed. She was friendly and courteous. As far as sales people go she is by far the best we have ever had. She Found the perfect vehicle for us. She even stayed after closing hours to make sure that we got the car that we wanted in the time that we wanted. She and Darin Jenkins worked with us to get the best price possible for our trade-in and for the overall price of our new SUV. I can say without a doubt that this is the best car-buying experience that we have ever had. I will absolutely recommend Miller Honda to anyone that I know that needs a new vehicle, and I will definitely be telling them to ask for Gail Jasper and Darin Jenkins. More

Really appreciated the sales person Brian. He was courteous, pleasant, and efficient. Sales manager however was rather rude. He never introduced himself, yelled loudly across the hall from his office to our sales person Brian regarding price issues and repair record and really did nothing to encourage the sale of the vehicle except say " well we'll have to give the car to you, we have no choice." He really did nothing to encourage us to come back to buy another car from him as far as being friendly or professional but did allow us a price break because of an apparent mistake made on the internet. I have bought several vehicles from this dealer.They give 100% to get you in a car.I bought my first car from them 10 years ago after looking at several other local dealers that did not seem to want to take 100% to get you in a car.I bought my first car from them 10 years ago after looking at several other local dealers that did not seem to want to take time for us.I just stopped in at Miller Honda to look at a jeep sitting on their lot not even thinking I would get it after my previous experience from other dealers.THis was 1000 on a saturday morning.BY 630 same day,I was driving this jeep home.With lifetime free state inspections as long as you own vehicle to full tank of gas in each purchased vehicle to their nice staff,they are great.Would recomend them to anyone. More

I have purchased two new Honda's from this dealership in the last 2 years and bring in both of them for routine maintenance. Today's service - LOF & tire rotation. I was in and out in 45 minutes and AMY HO the last 2 years and bring in both of them for routine maintenance. Today's service - LOF & tire rotation. Today's service - LOF, Multi-point inspection & tire rotation. My overall experience would have been great (5)if I hadn't waited 20 mins once my car was finished. The price seemed a little high but the work was excellent. Overall, I have been pleased with the quality of service and personal attention I have always been given at Miller Honda. Good Job! More
