I test drove the vehicle on 10/30 with Deb and it felt like an old friend beside me. We laughed and we got very aquainted. Before I could walk around to get in my vehicle to leave George came out of his office with a offer from my credit union and asked me to give a few minutes and he could get me a better rate. I was like a deer struck in the headlights. My previous experiences were not good. I anticipated being there at least 4 hour feeling like I was being set up. Surprising to me he got me a better rate and on my way to Angela to seal the deal. There were no surprises, no manipulations & no haggling. They even got me a truck of my color choice delivered before I left which was record time. I arrived at 9:45 and was on the road to work by noon. Record time and we were still friends when I left there (not like previous experiences at all) I couldn't wait to tell my coworker whose husband has been procrastinating to buy a new car because of the negative rep most dealers have had in the past. When I initially pulled up to the dealership, there was a salesman who greeted me. He came over to my vehicle, and gave me the greeting of the day and asked was I here "to see someone specific or just looki salesman who greeted me. From the time I entered the dealership, I was greeted with smiles and hellos. I had been exchanging emails with Chad Taylor, and he was very professional, courteous and inviting when I met him. I explained what I was trying to do, and Chad went about making it happen with all the criterias I verbalized to him. As the other personnel at Kia walked by they gave me the greeting of the day and smiles. I really liked that. I met Angela, and she was just as professional and friendly as Chad. Recently my husband and I were looking for a new car. We started out at the Honda dealer near Colonial Kia, and Gary recommended that we go to Colonial Kia and speak with Kelvin, since we were very interest started out at the Honda dealer near Colonial Kia, and Gary recommended that we go to Colonial Kia and speak with Kelvin, since we were very interested in a Kia Soul. We went over to Colonial Kia, and met Kelvin. he was great from start to finish. He wasn't pushy, he asked lots of questions, an he seemed genuinely interested in us as people not just customers. We had a unique situation and thought that it would be a hindrance to us getting a new car, but it wasn't! Our day of browsing for a new car ended up with us driving off in a new car that day. Kelvin was great to work with, but so was everyone else. Everyone was friendly and made us feel like we were appreciated, even though they helped us more than they may ever realize. Matt made such an impact on our car buy that we went back to him and bought a second car. Our Soul ! has been a great addition to the family.
