Usually HATE car buying, but they made it a Great experience I have had several bad experiences buying cars, used and new. I actually HATE the whole car buying experience! I don't enjoy being played, being lied to, feeling pressured, and treated like a yo-yo. I have learned to know product and come completely prepared! I started at Colonial Kia because there was a used 2014 I had my eye on. I requested email contact initially, and Chad Taylor contacted me. I let him know upfront how I felt about the car buying experience. He promised me, as do all, that he would not be "that salesperson!" I had my doubts. However, he held true to his word, making it a great experience. He replied promptly to all my emails and calls, answer every question, responded to every challenge, and when I wanted him to specifically break down his exact numbers and proposed plan he was aiming for to complete my deal - he did. That was all great, but I still had my reservations about what would happen when I actually had my appointment to go into the dealership. However, he held true to everything he promised. He never pushed me towards any decisions or purchases, he went for everything we asked for, and even stayed past closing. I would highly recommend him if you want the best experience possible out of car buying! More
I was greated when I came onto the lot by another sales person. She brought Arkell over to show us around. At first I thought that was odd but I soon realized the lady had a customer already. I had looked at another car dealership and had a sales person ask me to wait while he finished with a customer and to tell any salesperson that approached me I already had been helped. I liked that I was not asked to wait. Arkell was very friendly, showed us what we were looking for, allowed for different test drives all without being pushy or overbearing. He gave my husband and I alone time to discuss if we wanted to buy at this point. When we did decide to buy, the process was easy, quick, painless and very satisfying. I thought I got a very reasonable deal, a monthly payment less than I thought it would be, papers signed without issues. I love my pretty red SOUL!!! More

He dealt with us in a knowledgeable, easygoing and sincere way. He made every step of the process simple. Our work schedules did not allow for my husband and myself to be at the dealership at the same time and he was more than happy to take time separately for both of us. When I told him that we would need to make arrangements to be back together to pick up the car, Rob quickly offered to deliver the car to our home. He kept this promise and delivered it to our home himself. We couldn't be happier with the experience. We are now Colonial customers for life!!! More

I've never owned a car I hadn't purchased outright with cash, so the idea of going to a dealer and financing something was new and scary to me. I've wanted a Honda Fit for quite some time, and with a quick web search I came across this one at Colonial Kia. I called to confirm it was still available, and Rob assured that it was. Upon my arrival, Mr. Eley was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't know what to expect, I'd really only heard the horror stories of buying a new vehicle but these fears were quickly vanquished. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, it was actually a rather enjoyable experience. Before I knew it I was out the door with keys in hand. Rob even filled up the tank! I'd recommend this dealer to anyone, especially Rob Eley. More

Let me preface this review by saying that Chad’s customer service and knowledge was above average. I truly enjoyed working with him, but the sales practices at this dealership are bordering unethical, ancie service and knowledge was above average. I truly enjoyed working with him, but the sales practices at this dealership are bordering unethical, ancient and in some cases, laughable. I went into the dealership to purchase a CPO KIA Optima. The car was great though this car could not have been certified properly when the tires were at the wear bars which makes me second guess how thoroughly this car was inspected and certified. Still, the tires (new) were only $500 at my local Auto Parts store so I proceeded. The manager assessed my trade thousands of dollars below trade in value and said my one year old Honda Accord EX-L was in “rough” condition—a vehicle that is detailed quarterly and dealer maintained with 15k miles on it. Would I use this dealership again? Perhaps IF they were by default the lowest bidder for a new KIA, Chad was my salesperson and the MOD was not in the building. Colonial worth the drive? Not in the least. More
I was in need of a used car. I decided to just hit Ruffin Mill Exit and was planning on looking in several lots. My first stop was KIA and I'm totally glad it was my first and final stop. I was greeted at the door and with a very nice hand shake from Frantz leveille. Frantz listened to me and took care of my needs as I requested. It only took minutes and he was showing me two cars. I selected and was approved on my top choice which was a 2011 Chysler 200. I love the car and is very blessed that all worked out well for me. I was totally pleased how quickly the process went and the kindness shown towards me. I've heard from a few people that KIA just offers the best and especially in warranty's. I will be a customer forever. Thanks to KIA, Frantz and finance mgr for great customer service. I will be a customer forever. Very, very pleased. More
