I love my new Soul My wife bought a Soul. I questioned it. I came into the dealership, Kim helped me. We drove a Sportage, an Optima, a Sorento......I bought an Optima. My wife bought a Soul. I questioned it. I came into the dealership, Kim helped me. We drove a Sportage, an Optima, a Sorento......I bought an Optima. Less than 12 hours later, I called Kim and told her I wanted the Soul.......LOVE it. I am 6'4" and almost 290 pounds and have a ton of room. I recommend it. There were some obstacles the day I came like pouring down rain & system updates yet everyone was so nice and professional. I came by the next day & Arkell plus the staff remembered me. Worked for my needs Jacob worked with me to show me vehicles that fit my need. They allowed me to take a vehicle to my home for my wife to see. Based on her new criteri Jacob worked with me to show me vehicles that fit my need. They allowed me to take a vehicle to my home for my wife to see. Based on her new criteria we were able to settle on a vehicle that suited both of us at a reasonable price. Love the warranty I got with my purchase and the friendliness of the entire staff I came into contact with at the dealership. Found my time from in the front door to out with the car of my choice very enjoyable. Taking my granddaughter over to look at some cars to upgrade her current vehicle tomorrow. More
Broken Promises In the process of purchasing a 2015 Kia Soul I was promised a cargo cover and an updated inspection sticker. They did not have the cover in stock and In the process of purchasing a 2015 Kia Soul I was promised a cargo cover and an updated inspection sticker. They did not have the cover in stock and had to order it, I was told it would be there within a few days (this was on a Monday). I called Wednesday to check on the status and was told it would be in no later than Saturday and that I would get a call. Two weeks later I still didn't receive a notification, even after leaving two messages during that period. So I called yet again and didn't get through; after speaking with the sales manager he told me the part was in. I go up there only to find out that the part didn't fit, nor was there a cargo cover for my car specifically. They didn't offer a substitute part, only a free tank of gas which I though was unacceptable seeing as the cargo cover was a part of the initial deal, and this was only offered after I asked. The fact that there was no cargo cover made for my particular car is something I feel that a knowledgeable sales person should've known or would've found out in the two weeks time that passed for the part to come in. Also, my monthly payment was higher than I had calculated and this was due to the addition of an extended warranty that I was not made aware was being added. I feel that this is something I should choose to add or be asked before automatically putting it in. More

People I related too. I have not purchased a vehicle since 1998 and I was a little bit nervous and with the staff Kim, Jacob they made me fill comfortable.
