My car salesman, Joe Jenkins, was awesome throughout the entire duration of my visit. He was definitely not the "typical" pushy car salesman by any means, but his customer service was excellent. He ensured that I got everything I wanted in a car at the price I was wanting to pay. I also worked with Jennifer Ewing, who was my financial advisor, that also has impeccable customer service. She definitely kept it real with me the entire time, and made sure I understood everything, not to mention she's hilarious! Everything was done for me in a timely manor, and I was able to drive my new car off the lot much quicker than I anticipated! More
Ron took care of the problem on my Kia Soul. I met Ron at the Colonial Kia early Saturday morning. The dashboard lights were continually dimming on my Kia Soul Plus. I just had the six month serv I met Ron at the Colonial Kia early Saturday morning. The dashboard lights were continually dimming on my Kia Soul Plus. I just had the six month service on it and I was perplexed about the lights dimming on a new vehicle after only 7 months. Ron was very cordial and greeted me with a warm smile. He assured me that it was probably something simple and he would look into it. He told me that the fuse was very low, he had one in stock and it would take an hour to fix. He said that he came across an article about this problem and that my car was the very first one that he had to check for this issue. I was extremely with how he assured me that everything was going to be alright and that I would be back on the road in no time. Ron was the perfect example of 'a people person'! More
They went out of their way to make service hassle free I had the Check Engine light come on on my 2015 Kia Sedona so I took it in for service. It was still under warrenty. I had to wait a little over an hour, but once they realized that it was going to take longer to fix, I was given a loaner with a minimum of hassle and sent on my way. I got a call a few days later telling me they were going to replace a few things. They replaced them and I dropped off my loaner and got my van back. I left out a lot of stuff, but the thing that I really appreciated was that the dealership realizes that I don't want to spend all day sitting there waiting for service. They went out of their way to make sure there was no hassle and I really appreciated that. More

Never once did he leave my side. If I looked a little bewildered, Arkell took to time to explain what was going on. I was told how great a person he was and Arkell didn't let me down.
