Best sales experience you'll ever get! I'm in California, and my mom and sister live in Virginia. My sister and I wanted to surprise my mom by buying her a car. I was so fortunate to get in touch with Kim Garner (Sales Manager) at Colonial Kia. The thing I hate about car shopping is feeling too pressured with endless calls, texts and emails asking if I've made a decision yet. This wasn't the case with Colonial Kia, and Kim. Especially being out of state and having to tag team with my sister, I was expecting a pretty rocky experience, regardless of the dealership, but Kim made everything so easy and smooth. Her and I'm guessing all their sales team's approach is genuine, wanting to make sure you feel comfortable as a buyer. They are super responsive, informative, and keep their word. Everything was done over the phone until purchase day, and I couldn't be any happier. They're personnel are great, and the prices are competitive! If I lived in Virginia, and needed another car for myself, I'd go straight to Kim at Colonial. When my sister and mom got to the dealership, Kim introduced them to Stewart Allen (Sales rep) and my mom and sister spoke so highly of him. The transition from Kim via phone to Stewart on the lot, was so smooth. They took the time to properly transition all the known information and make sure my mom and sister had no troubles completing the purchase process. Now that's team work! Great job Stewart and Kim! This is my mom's first car with a GPS, screen, etc. She had a 2007 Camry. So naturally it's taking time to figure out all the bells and whistles. If I can't help her figure out a feature, she just connects with Stewart and like a snap, he's quick to give help. He is so eager to provide assistance even after the purchase is done. So yes, I HIGHLY recommend Colonial Kia and I HIGHLY recommend you get in touch with Kim and Stewart. They're friendly, genuine and honest. Don't waste time any where else. They'll look out for your best interest and will be competitive with pricing. More

We were really unsure of exactly what we were looking for as it was freezing cold outside and we didn't want to walk around the parking lot. Mark brought the cars to us. Color, upgrades, style, comfort, everything to meet our wish list with great prices and rebates. Mark is the sales guy to go to great knowledge of helping put you in the perfect car. Then we went to finance and met my match in personalities , Jennifer was great explaining our options and helping us make the right decisions on financing our new 2018 Kia Optima. She was great and knows her job inside out. What a great experience on our first time buying a brand new car that was fast, friendly. This team defienelty knows how to please their customers. Will be back for another car in the future. Highly recommend Kim, Mark/Marc (unsure how he spells it} and Jennifer. You scored an A+ in my book. Thank you all... More

Service: Factory Recall & 18 Month Service I received a Factory Recall Letter from Kia and I made a service repair appointment to be performed as well because I received an email reminder from I received a Factory Recall Letter from Kia and I made a service repair appointment to be performed as well because I received an email reminder from Kim and then another one from Ron. I was given a 9:15 a.m. appointment and I arrived at 8 a.m. I was greeted by Shaneesa, told her that I was early and she immediately checked me in because she could see that I was anxious. My car is my only means of transportation. Shaneesa assured me that everything was going to be taken care of and told me to help myself to coffee and or snacks. The service technicians were cordial as they walked through the waiting area. I had just gotten settled in and finished my cup of coffee when Shaneesa informed me that my repair was completed. She went over all of the details, my car was not a part of the recall and my scheduled, service maintenance was minimal. I was overjoyed because it only took half an hour and I was relieved with the outcome. I thank God for such an experience and kudos to Shaneesa and her fellow associates for making my visit to Colonial Kia such a success!!! More
