CMA's Colonial Hyundai

Bought 2014 Sonata at Gateway Hyundai in Chester, VA. My wife and I went to Gateway Hyunda last weekend to look at the new Sonatas. I love my Veloster (which I also purchased at Gateway), but needed to get a car capable of carrying more people. Joseph McCauley met us coming in the door and asked if we needed any assistance. I explained to him what I was interested in and he immediately took us out on the lot to start showing us what was available. He was very helpful when we asked questions about each vehicle and was never pushy or pushing us one way or the other. By the end of the day he had probably shown us 8-10 different vehicles. He was very sincere in his mission to get us the car we felt comfortable in. Robi Ahluwalia was also very helpful in suggesting additional vehicles to look at and going over the financial options with us. This was the third Hyundai we have bought at Gateway and this experience was the most pleasureable we have ever had in any car purchase. I would also like to take a minute to give kudos to the service staff. Tommy Baugh and Jon Carpenter and their staff are always very amiable and helpful whenever we have our cars serviced. The Gateway Hyundai team definitely makes every effort they can to satisfy their customers and insure they get a car that fits them, and then continues that same level of customer service in the maintenance of the cars. They bend over backwards and strive to keep customers coming back. More

I worked with Del Lipscomb for a number of weeks, test driving various Genesis configurations (3.8, 3.8 AWD, 5.0) to determine which was best for me. Del always took my calls whenever I had a question. He was quick to call me when they received a vehicle with a configuration I had not driven. Del was very patience through what was a fairly long process. When it came to pricing, Del, I and Kim Garner worked together to the satisfaction of all. I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism Del and Kim displayed during this process. I feel the price was very fair. I have recommended Gateway Hyundai to a couple family friends, and both times this resulted in a vehicle purchase. There is not much else to say. The Hyundai brand is not the Hyundai brand of 5 years ago. The technology, quality, reliability, warranty and value are second to none. Couple that with a top tier Dealership, with outstanding employees, and you will be nothing less than a very satisfied customer! More

He didn't badger me to try any other car and although the car was priced higher than online, he to told me that they would honor the online price. The dealership kept their word and even through in a ton of service perks. I felt like I purchased my car from a friend I look forward to doing more business with Gateway in the future. I am an overly satisfied customer! More
