If not for the referral it is highly unlikely I would have considered the Selected this dealer from referral by my banker's automobile buying service. If not for the referral it is highly unlikely I would have considered them as the dealership is approximately an hour away from home. We are glad we selected them. Immediately after submitting a request for quote through the buying service we were contacted by phone from Kim. Very professional and straightforward, no heavy sales push. Stated they had five models on the lot that met our color and feature desires. Quoted a price several thousand dollars below buying service estimate. I was really taken aback and spent a bit of time confirming we were talking about the same things! Even emailed for later confirmation, she quickly returned the call and confirmed it. That call back moved us from "considering" to "real serious" buyers. At dealership, we were enthusiastically greeted by Jason (in 95+ heat) who turned us over to Kim. I would like to have had a brochure for the model we looked at, but Jason could not locate one in the rack. Seems to generally be the case when I look at a popular car. Kim was very enthusiastic and helpful, she had arranged one of the models to be at the front and we spent a good deal of time looking at it and she demonstrated most of the features. Turned us over to Chad for a test drive. Chad also processed the sales transaction. He was great to work with, knowledgable, relaxed, conducted a smooth no-pressure transaction. For a cash sale it did seem to take a good bit of time as he would go off to do something between each sales checklist step. I suppose it had to do with information processing. I wished I had the brochure at that point. A great thing Chad did was to bring up a second model when I pointed out an area on the door interior I was concerned about. I appreciated that over the option of returning to have it addressed. Talal explained and sold us the extended warranty plans. Yvette was prepared and ready to rock when it came time to completing the financial transaction. I guess that is why Chad used time on the front end so all would go well on the back end! Final price was a good one. Kim took care of infotainment system enrollment. Chad gave a final demo of the features of our new car. At that point he spent a bit of time removing some of the protective material the prep folks overlooked. Good sales experience, I plan to return there for service. More
