I was however, not happy with the fact that my mother's information somehow made it's way onto my financial documents. This included her social security number. I am assuming the person who got the information put in the last name and just carried the information over, not realizing that I was the one purchasing the vehicle and not her. That is the primary reason I rated this experience an average instead of good or excellent. More
