CMA's Colonial Hyundai

Poor service center and general manager I brought my vehicle in to get fixed for leaking rear passenger window in a Genesis coupe. I dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up on that Wed I brought my vehicle in to get fixed for leaking rear passenger window in a Genesis coupe. I dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up on that Wednesday due to the holiday. I got into my car sat in my seat it felt soaked but I thought it was my imagination because why would my seats be wet? I went to work the next morning and there was condensation on my windows inside my car and when I got to work my pants were wet. I called the dealership when they opened and I was told the person who handled my car didn't get there until 10am. I called back a little after 10am due to no call and I was placed on hold for a while to be told that someone MAY have left my windows open while there possession at the dealership while a tropical storm passed through. I went the next day after dropping my vehicle off that evening to speak to the general manager and was told cars are made for this are resilient. I told him that was unacceptable. He was condescending and was blowing me off. My car rear speaker was supposed to be replaced but sounded as if it were blown, and today when my daughter turned on my front seat warmer it didn't work and it smelled a burning smell. I brought AGAIN to the dealer for them to tell me that there was nothing wrong for everything to miraculously to work when I picked it up. I will NEVER go to GATEWAY Hyundai. More

Couldn't/can't believe it! I walked onto the lot with no idea what I wanted. I salesman came out to greet me. We talked, and because my credit isn't perfect, we got sized up o I walked onto the lot with no idea what I wanted. I salesman came out to greet me. We talked, and because my credit isn't perfect, we got sized up on financing and then we found the right car for me. A short time later I walked out the door of the dealership, and got into my new car. I couldn't believe how great the car was and quickly they were able to get me out the door with the right purchase for me. More
