Makes Customer Priority I've been a Hyundai customer/owner for years. I'm on my 5th When I take my car in for service I prefer dealing with Tim because the others in the serv I've been a Hyundai customer/owner for years. I'm on my 5th When I take my car in for service I prefer dealing with Tim because the others in the service area especially the young ladies have way too much going on and are preoccupied with other things chitchat, breakfast and not attentive to customer needs; not the case with Tim. He greets you as soon as the door opens, ask how can you be helped today, tries to get you in and out as as possible even though he isn't physically the technician performing the work. He even attempts to keep customers aware of what's going on if the service seems to be taking longer than expected. More
