He had the desk by the front door when you come in. Just seemed unorganized, not like normal. But I will return out of loyalty to Matt Stevens and Coach Russell. Also the tire rotation is priced kind of high. More

No customer support after sale is made. We were on vacation and travelling through when we made the decision to trade the vehicle we were traveling in on a new 2018 Genesis G90. The sale and We were on vacation and travelling through when we made the decision to trade the vehicle we were traveling in on a new 2018 Genesis G90. The sale and process went quickly and we were back on the road in no time. However, that's were it all went sour. We are from PA. The dealer is in Virginia. Practically next door. It took 2 months to finally get my PA plates... and that happened only after I went to the top (manager/owner) of the company. Then, the lease that we had signed was not right and another was sent by mail. When I finally got my welcome package and statement from Genesis Finance my monthly payments did not match the second lease that I signed because the dealership failed to include a 3% lease tax required from PA. Though Colonial told me they will take responsibility for that oversite and send me a check for the difference, it never happened. After many attempts in the past month, no one has returned my calls or e-mails. Maybe they treat the locals better, but watch out if you are from out of state. They do list their vehicles on-line with Autotrader and such. You would think that they were more knowledgeable and set up to deal with out of state sales. Not so. Their only interested in that initial sale. More

Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating & down-to -earth staff; from the first call to schedule an appointment to driving off the lot with a new Hyundai Elantra. Fiori was waiting for us when we arrived, she had the car we picked out pulled up & waiting for us to go on a test drive. Ryan our Hyundai Specialist was friendly, knowledgeable & an all around good guy. Shanna Rose was very accommodating to work with. It seemed everyone congratulated our son & even took pictures for us! There was no pressure at all. Every step was was explained in detail. There was no back & forth car dealership games which I hate! We will definitely refer anyone we know to visit Colonial Hyundai before purchasing a vehicle! More

My salesperson Brian McCaffity went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and confident in the vehicle I purchased. He not only was extremely pleasant to work with during the normal sales process, he worked for 30 minutes in the sweltering heat to get the rear tag off my old car that had seized with rust so I could put it on my new car, and he took the time to assist me with getting my XM radio connected. All with a smile. The service department was welcoming and prompt in taking care of me. In all, everyone there is super nice and they constantly make sure you are comfortable and that you understand the process and time line. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
