Just yesterday, I stopped by to have my tires reinflated as the cold weather had caused the nitrogen level to drop. I had no appointment, but they took me right in. When they brought my keys back to me, they said they did the tires, and also changed the oil as I hadn't scheduled my 5,000-mile maintenance check yet, which I was about to schedule next week. This is my favorite dealership, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Now my sister and nephew are Hyundai customers because of my experience with Colonial. More

Thankful My usual oil change turned out to be much more than I thought. I also had an issue with the steering wheel shaking and a glove compartment door that w My usual oil change turned out to be much more than I thought. I also had an issue with the steering wheel shaking and a glove compartment door that would not shut. I was informed that the 2004 Santa Fe needed 4. new tires to correct the shaky steering wheel. After adding up the cost I marked off fixing the glove box. When it was time to pick up the SUV I noticed that the glove box was fixed! Without charge! I called back to check on the charge and was told it was ok. Thank you so much! More

Don't trust this dealership Called yesterday to drive down from Ashland to purchase a Tuson they had advertised on the internet. I was told by their internet salesperson that the Called yesterday to drive down from Ashland to purchase a Tuson they had advertised on the internet. I was told by their internet salesperson that the vehicle was still available and that she would pull the vehicle to the front of building and would meet me at 1:30 pm. When I arrived I was told that the lady I had talked to that morning to make an appointment was off for the day. I also soon learned that the vehicle I had driven 40 minuets to purchase did not in fact exist on their lot for sale. This was obvious bait as a salesman immediately started to try and up sell to a much more expensive model. My complaint about their tactics was answered by someone that said he was the sales manager that what they were doing is how they routinely do business. I left and went to West Broad Hyundai and was treated with respect and purchased the vehicle I wanted. Be wary of Colonial Hyudai in Chester, Va. More
