Let me just say - this was by far the best experience we have had with a car dealership. Like many others we have had our fair share of dealing with overzealous and pushy salesmen, which initially made us dread the whole ordeal. Out of necessity, however, we pushed forward in our search and we are so grateful to have found that places like Colonial Honda are actually out there! OUR EXPERIENCE: Unfortunately my husband and I are currently operating on a very odd schedule, where our days and nights are basically flipped, so it does make things a little tricky sometimes. Due to that fact, and that we lived 1.5 hours from Colonial Honda, it was nearing closing hours by the time we arrived. We had already spoken to Tom and arranged to test drive a specific car – needless to say, it was a perfect fit! Even though the entire purchasing process extended beyond closing hours, we are so very grateful to both Tom Farlow (Sales Consultant) and Kenny Wolter (Business Manager) for all of their help. They both went above and beyond in helping to get everything perfectly suited to our needs and they were both wonderful to work with. They were very informative in laying out various options for us, patient with all our questions, and at no time did we feel “pressured” into making the purchase, nor were we made to feel guilty that the whole process extended beyond operating hours. It was honestly like hitting the dealership lottery – not one, but TWO, pleasant people to work with! We were so shocked at the whole experience….and that we actually drove home that night in the exact car we wanted. Even when we had a couple general questions 1-2 days after the deal was done, Tom was very quick in getting back with us and was sure to thank us again for our business. I must say, this experience renewed my faith in the car buying process. When we’re in the market to replace our second vehicle in the next couple years I’m sure Colonial Honda will be the only dealership on our list. More
