Quick and Painless First of all, let me start by saying that I hate the car buying process. I hate haggling sales people down to pay what the average American car buyer First of all, let me start by saying that I hate the car buying process. I hate haggling sales people down to pay what the average American car buyer has to say whilst listening to all the excuses/rebuttals as to why they can't cut you a deal. I came to Colonial Honda after a 2-hour haggling debate from Gateway Hyundai over a used 2014 Tuscon so needless to say I was pretty defeated upon arriving at Colonial Honda. The sales person (Theodore Casper) listened to all of my complaints and was able to make the car buying process as seamless as possible. I always try to get 10-15% off MSRP since I refuse to endorse the processing fee and other garbage/junk/trash fees that come with buying a new car. I gave my offer to Theodore and he was able to get me the deal I wanted with no haggling whatsoever. Granted I could do without the whole paint protection/extended warranty dog and pony shows I got but I figured that was a mild setback for very little haggling. More

Instead of just trying to push any car on you, he does his best to get you what you want in the price range you want it in. Tom and Gidish are both attentive and I was in and out in about an hour. If you do the credit check online, tom will take care of the rest by time you come in! More

Several dealerships didn't have any availability in the next few months, and of the few that did, we chose to purchase our new car at Colonial Honda because Girish Ramachandran was the best salesperson we encountered at all of the dealerships. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and responsive. He was never pushy but always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Sabrina Thomas in the finance department was very helpful and friendly too during the actual purchase. My kids loved the children's playroom and were occupied the whole time! My husband and I are completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend Colonial Honda to anyone. Definitely worth the drive for better service. We love our new Pilot and couldn't be happier! More

Initially we reached out to several dealerships for quotes on new vehicles, as our time looking was limited to an initial two to three day visit to the area. Upon making my first request, I was unable to get pricing from Colonial Honda, so we almost did not visit the dealership. As we were just about to give up, Tricia Lewis became involved. She gave us a great price and provided excellent communication. Of all the car purchases I have been involved with, this has been one of the easiest - mostly due to Tricia's professionalism and demeanor. She answered all my daughter's questions (as well as mine), and after our fist meeting - we did not even bother to visit another dealership. Throughout the process Tricia communicated clearly and kept the customer in mind. If you opt to purchase a Honda in the Chester/Richmond area, I would recommend asking specifically for Tricia. I'm sure the other folks at the dealership are great as well, but she really left us with a positive feeling. I can't say enough good things about her - If I were to start a car dealership, she would be the first person I would call to hire as a salesperson!!! More
