Richard Miller was an awesome salesman and even after a little miscommunication , we went home with our awesome new car. We never felt pressured to buy anything (even those dealer "Extras" and the price they offered was so fair and lower than any competitor, we didn't need to negotiate. Add that to their STELLAR service department and they have a customer for life. We live less than a mile from one of their competitors but choose to drive to Colonial Honda because of their people. This is our second purchase from them and believe me when I say our next purchase will be from them as well! More

Walthall Center Drive is such a great place because you have the ability to see so many different cars in one area. We drove through Hyundai and then my husband saw a car he wanted to look at on the Colonial Honda lot. After getting out to look at the car, we were approached by Marlon. He was extremely nice and took the time to hear why were out, what we were searching for, and how much we wanted to spend. I explained to him that we weren't planning to look at Honda's but quite frankly needed to use the restroom so we would take a look around inside. I'm sure glad we did! Marlon was able to get us in a 2016 Honda Pilot for close to what we wanted to spend per month. The entire team did a fantastic job at making us comfortable, feeding my daughters, and even included more warranties. Marlon did a fantastic job at explaining everything and taking his time with us.
