Walter again dealt with us as friends, and not just customers. He lead us through the available options, answered all of our questions, and suggested additional vehicles to consider. When we sat at his desk we were pleased and excited with the decision we made. The purchase process was surprisingly quick, understandable, and without pressure. We cannot thank Walter enough for the way he worked with us to make our experience what it was. Our next car purchase will be at Colonial Honda, and we will request Walter Cooke once again! I found the car I was looking for using the Edmunds App on my cell phone. The dealer representative (Judson Barker) sent me a very competitive price which our local dealers could not match. Judson was very informative, factual, and very professional. He even sent me an email with the offer to assume me that the deal is firm. So we traveled to Colonial Honda in the Richmond area (about 80 miles from our home) to purchase the car. This was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience of all time. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, pleasant, and highly professional. The whole dealership is very beautiful and spacious, and they have many cars from which to choose. As soon as we arrived we were met by a very friendly fellow, Judson Barker. The car I picked from Edmunds was perfectly washed and ready for a test drive, which we took. Judson answered all of the questions in a very clear fashion, and we had many questions. He also presented to us a wide variety of buying options, and we opted for a low-interest loan with Honda. That experience was also excellent and took very little time. Before we knew it, we were on our way home with me driving the brand new Honda Accord. The car has the exact options and color scheme that I really wanted. A few days later Judson emailed me to see if I had any more questions regarding the car. I’d say this is really good customer service. Needless to say when we are ready to replace my wife’s 2008 Honda CRV we will be back at Colonial Honda. More

Excellent customer service! I was shopping for a brand new car. Sales person Wendy Starks, was professional, courteous and more importantly she listened to what I wanted. I arrived at the dealership wanting the Honda Accord Sport in the burgundy color, Colonial Honda didn't have the burgundy color on the lot. Please note: she offered to locate the burgundy color. Wendy went through the inventory list of available colors on the lot, and I kept saying "no" to all of the other colors. Then she mentions "Kona Coffee Brown", and my initial reaction was "ugh, I don't want a brown colored car"! Wendy then says "let me show you the Kona Coffee Brown color, and I guarantee you're going to love it"! I was extremely skeptical about this "Kona Coffee Brown" Acorrd Sport, and when I saw it baby I instantly fell in love with it!! Lol. Burgundy who?!? I took my Kona Coffee Brown for a test drive and he purred ever so softly, quietly, and gently down the road. During this test drive, I had to see what my Mr. Chocolate Goodbar was really made of with the CVT engine; since I had an the Acura TL V6 engine. I must say, my Mr. Chocolate Goodbar handled the speed and corners nicely with it's CVT engine!!! I wasn't even interested in Wendy locating the Accord in the burgundy color; I had found my Mr. Chocolate Goodbar! Lol and smiling from ear to ear! Since, purchasing my "Kona Coffee Brown Accord Sport car, I've gotten tons of stares at red lights, driving and verbal compliments on the sleekness and ESPECIALLY the color. One guy pulled up next to me at a red light and motioned for me to roll my window down; says "xxxx Honda is doing it like that, WOW"?!?! My reply was "yes, Honda has came a long way"! (Please note: I've been a Honda owner since 1995, have had plenty of Accords throughout the years). I smiled and took off, I observed the guy watching me drive off in my new car! I'm guessing he was shocked and mesmerized by, Mr. Chocolate Goodbar's appearance and he too might have fallen instantly in love! Chuckling and laughing too myself!!! I absolutely love my car!!! ?????? More

Our experience buying a new Odyssey at Colonial Honda exceeded every expectation built over the last 20 years. Steve Barber, the Internet sales manager, was our contact person and we managed to get the entire purchase set and ready via email, with basically a sign and drive at the dealership. Never did we feel pressured to "sold." The whole staff was courteous, friendly and shared our enthusiasm for our new car.
