I came only to gather information so I could compare and contrast details and make an informative decision. Should I buy used, new, 4 or 6 cylinder??? I was given a lot of great information to think about. I really intended to purchase the car from another dealer. Being in sales and managing sales people for over 38 years, I believe in relationship sales to close deals. From the time I first met Theo Casper until we close the deal, he was very friendly, smiling and relational. He made every attempt to meet my ever changing wants. And he was diligent to call me with additional information. I was truly on his dance card! He knew I was going to purchase a car and he was patient to let me think through the process. Of course, I shopped the car and went to visit a dealer who said they had a white, Honda Accord, 6 Cylinder used. When I told Theo, he already knew the car I was going to see was a 2 door not a 4 door....and he was right. He did his homework. Theo introduced me to the parts and service staff and shared how I would bring a car in for service. The 2 managers he introduced me to were friendly and without an attitude. Down to earth with no airs about them. Can't say the same about another dealer's staff I visited. After all was said and done, Theo sold me a new 2016, Honda Accord 6 cylinder. And such a great deal!! Now, after one week of driving to Fredericksburg, VA and Lancaster, PA, I love the car. Great ride, sharp looking and great technology. My last Honda was a 2005 with 272,000 miles on it and I had no issues. Thank you, Theo, for a outstanding car purchasing experience! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, a CRV with the Touring trim Level. At the time, we were trying to decide between purchasing a Nissan Rogue and Honda CRV. "RJ" is the person who actually sold us on buying a CRV and we are happy he did. Unfortunately, Colonial Honda didn't have a mountain air metallic CRV with FWD and the Touring trim level and was not able to locate one at a dealer that they could trade with. We were able to do an online search and locate the exact vehicle we wanted. We made the purchase a few days ago at a different dealership. I arrived, literally, two minutes before closing time and the sales rep who was there (Wendy) showed me exactly what I was looking for despite the fact it was after closing time. The next day, I did some homework, looked at what other dealers had and called her Tuesday to see if we could Negotiate a deal and voila, I'm holding the keys to a new car. Colonial offered the best price and didn't play a bunch of games with me. She even came in on her day off to do the deal. It was really a pleasure doing business with Colonial, the price was great, staff friendly and overall experience A+. I'll be recommending Colonial to my friends when they want a new Honda.
