I had an excellent service visit to Colonial Honda! I was greeted by name on arrival and took my seat in the waiting room. This waiting area had comfortable chairs spread out fo social distancing. This is my 5th car from Colonial Honda. By saying that, I’m OBVIOUSLY very pleased with the cars I’ve bought and the service I’ve received over more than 30 years. The people who work at Colonial Honda ha I’m OBVIOUSLY very pleased with the cars I’ve bought and the service I’ve received over more than 30 years. The people who work at Colonial Honda have convinced me over the years that they really do want to make my buying experience to be as good as possible. They also really strive to help keep my car in great working condition the whole time I own the car. The service department is what keeps me coming back to Colonial Honda. The purchase of this most recent car was the least stressful of all the others, and I contribute that to the people I worked with during the purchase. Without Tory Gilbert’s offer on the car I traded in, there would have been no further discussion about buying a new car. He was straightforward and very professional. He also directed Wendy to me and the match with her was an excellent one. My dealings with Adam Blake were unstressful, and that’s quite a feat since the finance part of buying a car has always been by far the most stressful part of the purchase. I truly do believe that purchasing this car was a good deal for me all around. And, even though I am “elderly”, I was completely comfortable with all that is done to mitigate my risks during this pandemic. More

It was another good experience with the service department. Thank you again for your assistance in getting the repairs done in a timely and less costly manner...This is the second time I have used department. It did cover the replacement of rear shocks. It did not cover a repair on the driver's side seat. I have to say the plastic trim used to encase the driver's seat is pretty much crap. It broke in 2 places and the mileage on my Pilot is only around 78000!!! I could understand if I weighed 400 pounds, but I don't...Mr Soloe was good enough to help alleviate some of my out-of-pocket expense on getting the problem remedied. Thanks again. More

Richard Allen took amazing care of me. He went way above and beyond to make sure my new car was everything I wanted it to be, even finding issues I was not aware of, and bringing a loaner car to my home so and beyond to make sure my new car was everything I wanted it to be, even finding issues I was not aware of, and bringing a loaner car to my home so some miner fixes would not inconvenience me. He was better at remembering what I needed to remove from my trade in than I was! I can't say enough about the high quality service I received from him. Everyone I came in contact with was welcoming, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If the person I needed was not immediately available, every other staff member did their best to keep me comfortable and make me feel I was not forgotten. My only complaint was the inordinate amount of time it took to process the sale. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and pay, we had an agreement in a few minutes, but It took 4 hours to complete the transaction! More
