I bought a brand new 2021 Honda HR-V on March 6 from CMA's Colonial Honda, found out 2 weeks later the AC does not work. Called and scheduled and appointment for today, I told the lady who scheduled me CMA's Colonial Honda, found out 2 weeks later the AC does not work. Called and scheduled and appointment for today, I told the lady who scheduled me how upset I was and I expected something for my Saturday, my gas and miles on my car. She asked who my salesman was and I told her Rocky, she said she would let him know. We drive the 77 mile round trip to find out the compressor is bad and they do not have the part in stock, so I will have to bring the car back on Wednesday, another 77 miles, time off from work and gas! Never saw the salesman and the service guy just says sorry! Seems like they would want to do something to insure customer satisfaction. More
