I had thoroughly researched my not-too-used car when we stopped to shop the dealerships inventory. We checked out a couple of vehicle when a salesman came out to greet us. Everything I Needed (and almost every thing I wanted- it wasn’t the exact color I wanted but I loved it anyway). From beginning to end there was no pressure and everyone was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. This was especially true of our sales representative Shawn Tyner-who impressed me the most with all of those qualities, but also with his patience and the fact that he kept every promise he made. Thank you, Shawn! You made it easy for this person who worries about everything. More
