Also I asked "Ty" a lot of questions and he actually knew what he was talking about and didn't try to b.s. me, which was good because I would have known better :) Overall thought it was great and we're happy with the service and the product and the people! Received a very personable, professional & expeditious response from Miss Angela Ramsey. She worked quickly with obtaining my application & getting me financed in conjunction with Kevin Rogers. I must say that this is my 3 automobile purchase & BY FAR THIS experience excelled ALL the rest. My husband is returning to the work force on Jan 2. I recently reentered to the work force & lost my 2007 Camry in a motor vehicle accident back in March 2010. I was actively shopping for vehicles from April - June 2010. I went to Priority Toyota (next door) & Victory Nissan (now Sheehy Nissan). Their salespersons "Tony" & "Sam" could not compete in any fashion with this dealership nor the caliber of salespersons that I was acquainted with during my sales experience with Miss Ramsey. She did not bother me repeatedly with redundant questions. And when the sales portion was completed she made certain that I had a full tank of gas, license plates installed, a brief tutorial on the vehicle prior to exiting the lot, insurance transferred to the new car that I purchased & a service appointment scheduled (including the car detail that will be done during the service trip). Prayerfully this vehicle will run well for a long time. This portion of the buying & ownership experience remains to be seen. If this portion of the process is anything like the sales experience. I will DEFINITELY be referring family, friends as well as being a repeat customer during my NEXT vehicle purchase. More
I recently bought my second vehicle from Colonial Honda in December of 2011. Each time the sales staff and management at Colonial Honda were excellent to work with. For prospective buyers who will have children with them, Colonial Honda provided a relaxed/accomodating space for my children so that my wife and I could complete the purchase of her new car. I highly recommend Colonial Honda to anyone in the Richmond area, they worked hard to achieve to their slogan of "making it worth your while". They worked to ensure that my wife and I had the car buying experience we desired and that we walked away knowing that we got the best deal. More
Ty spent many hours with me. I test drove several vehicles. He honored all of my requests. He even arranged that I could take a car home overnight to be sure that I liked it. I HAVE TWO HONDAS. MY 1996 WAS BROUGHT IN BECAUSE I THE MOTOR WAS REVING. THEY FIXED IT FOR $202.00 AND THE ENGIN CHECK LIGHT IS STILL ON. i GO BACK IN TO ASK WHY IT IS STILL ON AND "MEGAN" TELLS ME THAT I MOTOR WAS REVING. I would recommend for the sales side, however, not for the service side and they don't believe in good customer relations and making things right. Gordon Winfield is my sales person... I have purchased 5 cars from him and have always been treated fairly, honestly, and as a friend... plus he is funny but purposeful gentlemen... His sales style is perfect for me... fast, efficient, educational, purposeful, and complete. In my humble opinion, when he tires of selling Hondas, he should go to a University and teach salesmanship... he is just that good. The team behind him, the management and financial team are competent and professional and the maintenance team are extreme awesome sauce (a highly technical term for exceeds expectations in everyway). I drive up from Williamsburg to utilize this dealership... almost an hour away... they are just that good... More
