As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, Ty was right there ready and excited to guide me in my search for a car. Keeping in mind the whole time what would be the most practical choice for my daily driver. Once I set my eyes on the vehicle that I ended up purchasing, I knew it was the one that I wanted. However, the car was a manual... I had had a little bit of experience with driving a 5-speed, but wasn't entirely sure I was ready to make one my first car. Hearing this, Ty took the time to get in the vehicle with me and ride around the parking lot, showing me exactly how to operate the vehicle to the best of my ability, and did not stop until he knew that I was completely comfortable with being behind the wheel. I was very pleased to have such a friendly person help me find my first vehicle. I could tell that Ty truly cared about my best interest & tried his best to get me the best deal possible. Once again, I could not have asked for a better dealer today, and would refer this man to anyone wanting to find a car that they would be 100% satisfied with. After some fair, no pressure, negotiations we were able to agree on a price for both the new car and my trade in that pleased me. I was especially impressed with the speed with which we were able to finalize the deal especially considering my timeline was short (moving out of state in a few days) and that we were able to finalize everything without feeling any added pressure from Ty or Colonial Honda. This was my first visit to Colonial Honda, to say the least, I was very impressed. The visit started out very good, as soon as we got there, we were allowed to browse the lot without someone hounding us least, I was very impressed. We had already looked online, but wanted to see everything in person before we made a decision. Once we were introduced to Mr. Ty, he did not make us wait at all, he asked for my husbands license and he went in to get the keys for our test drive. Mr. Ty never pushed us in anyway, he answered all of our questions and never made us feel stupid, as some car salesman do. He was also very courteous, asking us several times if we wanted something to drink. We bought the Honda Accord for my daughter, I know she is going to love it. I was so impressed with Mr. Ty and all of the Colonial Honda staff, I may have to buy my next car there. I must say that I am very apprehensive in having to deal with salesman in general and my past experiences is that they always tell you what you want to hear rather than genuinely listen to what you want. First and foremost this is why I am very happy to write this review. Mr. Ty made us, especially me feel very comfortable and I really trusted what he was telling us about the cars, which my husband knew some information, but we were able learn more about our awesome "New" - "Used" Honda Accord I love it and appreciate you Mr. Ty in making me a believer that there are actually salesman out there that do care what I want, so thank you!
