I don't think I've ever actually "trusted" anyone in a car dealership UNTIL I came to Colonial Honda. Over the years, I've been involved in the purchase/lease/co-signing of six vehicles from anyone in a car dealership UNTIL I came to Colonial Honda. Over the years, I've been involved in the purchase/lease/co-signing of six vehicles from them. Gordon Winfield is the reason I keep coming back to buy from Colonial Honda. The reason I use Colonial Honda for all my maintenance needs is mainly the fact that I also have learned I can trust Carl who is the head of the maintenance folks there. They are amazing. Whenever I have a concern, all I have to do is talk with Gordon about it and he explains it to my satisfaction. That man is far and beyond any car salesman I've ever known. Not only would I recommend him to ANYONE, I also trust him. I don't purchase cars very often, my last car I had for 12 years. But that doesn't matter either. They always treat me like a "special" customer. Like I was their BEST customer. Like I said, I don't buy new cars very often, but even so, when I went last week to buy a car, after we talked about five minutes, Gordon knew just what I was wanting. The FIRST car he brought for me to look at was the ONLY car I needed to see. It had everything that I wanted. Can you imagine going to buy a car and finding "the one" on the first try? That's because Gordon wanted to help me find the exact right car. He cares! And I really do appreciate it. And, I don't respond well to any sorts of "pressure" to buy. Gordon knows that, too, and never even hinted at any pressure. He and the others involved in making the deal with me gave me a better deal that I would have ever expected and then let me alone to decide. It didn't take long to make a decision about that deal. I couldn't have asked for any better. It won't take a new customer very long to understand that this dealership treats you RIGHT. It's just amazing to me that after all these years, and how much this dealership has grown, they still treat me like part of the "family". Oh, and the Accord I just bought is amazing. And, I've almost already learned how to "fly" it! Amazing how much cars can change in a decade or so..... More

Carl will go out of his way to make sure that every customer is treated fairly and that there are no unnecessary repairs made to the car. I have used only one mechanic in all of my years dealing with Colonial Honda. His name is Norman Love. Norman treats my car as if it were his. He looks out for problems that may by coming in the future and gives me a "heads up" so I can be aware of them. He always treats me like I am the only customer that he has. I feel like more of a family member than a customer. Daniel Weigratz is the service writer. He will always get my appointments scheduled at the exact time that I request and he makes sure that all work is performed in a professional manner. As mentioned above, I have been buying Hondas for 20 years. Four reasons that I continue to return to Colonial Honda are the gentleman that I have mentioned. They are the backbone of the company. I constantly mention them to my friends and whenever someone asks me where I bought my car, I always tell them that it is Colonial Honda and the reason is because of these four gentlemen. I cannot say enough positive things about these men. They are the benchmark by wich all dealerships should try to measure up to. More
