One of the reasons I decided to return to Colonial Honda after initially looking at used cars was because the salesman genuinely took interest in my needs and interests. I took a week to think about my options and was introduced to another salesman on my second visit; neither of the Honda sales representatives were pushy, manipulative, or deceitful, which I find a huge turn off when shopping for cars. They were very attentive, sensitive, and intentional in the entire sales process. I ended up purchasing a new car instead of a used vehicle, but I am very satisfied with my final purchase and overall experience at Colonial Honda. Me and my wife drove from Pasadena Maryland to buy a new Honda Civic from Angela Ramsey at Colonial Honda in Chester Virginia. Angela and my wife hit it off immediately once we arrived at the dealership. Angela was friendly, funny and just down to earth, the kind of woman you would be proud to call your daughter or sister. My wife wanted to add mud flaps to the vehicle but forgot to mention this prior to our arrival at the dealership. Angela immediately had the car in service to add the mud flaps and the work was done before we finished buying the car. In addition, Angela walked me and my wife through the functions on the vehicle and helped my wife link up her cell phone and audio devices.
