This is the second car purchase I have made from Colonial Honda. This time around the process was even better than the last. I used the Internet sales service and negotiated everything remotely. It was super easy, and the price was very pleasing. I have lots of great things to say about this dealership and Jimmy who was my sales associate. I had to bypass two other Honda dealerships just to get to Colonial, and it is not that convient for me to get there. That should say something for the appeal of the customer service. The free car wash voucher is awesome! More

We initially went to Colonial Honda around 15 June 2013 and met with sales associate Chris McKinney. At the time we were just looking, and Chris did not pressure us, but gave us some options to consider. and met with sales associate Chris McKinney. We returned to Colonial Honda on 29 June 2013, and asked for Chris. He was working with another customer, so introduced us to Fred Chenault. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and had the answers to probably every question we asked. He explained the vehicle to us before the test drive, and explained the car's operation during the test drive. Fred Chenault was professional and courteous. Although I'm sure anxious for a sale, he did not strong-pitch us, but was patient and respectful. He appears quite at ease and comfortable working with the public, and he also appeared to believe in the product he was trying to sell. When we were ready to buy, Fred explained the process and introduced us to Mike Revell to complete the sales transaction. Mike worked with us in getting what I believe was a very reasonable deal. The customer always wants to get a great deal, and I think Mike helped us reach our goal. He also was quite familiar with the USAA car buying service and so was prepared to work with us every step of the way. I had been bringing my 2002 Honda Accord to Colonial Honda since at least 2007, and had been extremely satisfied with the service. Since Honda has a great reputation, and since Colonial Honda participates with USAA, it made sense to see what Colonial Honda was willing to do. The sales department came through and I have no doubt when I need to bring my 2013 Honda Accord in for service, I will continue to get great service. I also appreciate the free one-year car washes. I have actually hit 40mpg on the highway and enjoy the comfort and added safety features (i.e. display screen for right turns and reverse). It is also MUCH quieter than my 2002 Honda. Overall, very satisfied experience with Colonial Honda sales and service. Thank you. More

The staff at Colonial Honda are top notch, this was by far the best car buying experience we have EVER had! If anyone is in the market for a vehicle I would go to Colonial Honda first, no matter how far far the best car buying experience we have EVER had! We live about an hour away and it was well worth the time and drive over to Colonial Honda. We went to another dealership to look at different vehicle and it was AWFUL!!! The salesperson I sought out was Richard Miller who was again a huge help. Richard happened to not be available on the best day for me to return to the dealership and Kia Young was willing to step in and provided excellent service. It was a pleasure to see such an example of teamwork in providing friendly professional support to a customer. More

Angela Ramsey did a great job. I made it clear to her that I wanted to make a deal without playing the typical car buying games that are so typical at most dealerships. She was professional, and did eve that I wanted to make a deal without playing the typical car buying games that are so typical at most dealerships. She was professional, and did everything she could to make the process happen smoothly and quickly. On a negative note, I almost walked away because of the attitude of Tim Cosgrove (sales manager). When I questioned what I perceived as a very low trade in offer, Tim was condescending, rude and very unprofessional. His quote to me was that I "was in no position to strong arm him into an unrealistic offer" for my trade. Tim came across as that old school car salesman that gives the industry it's bad reputation. In the end, Colonial Honda had the vehicle I wanted and Angela was a consummate professional in the way she handled our transaction. She's the reason I ultimately bought and the reason I would recommend others to Colonial Honda. More
