Jimmy was the only guy I dealt with and he literally represented the whole dealership. Most of my discussion and negotiating was done by email and phone. Walked up greeted politely by one salesman who was very friendly. We asked for Mr. Winfield and he greeted us within a minute and was very friendly as always. Within 30 minutes we were ready to purchase car and he had pulled credit and did initial paper work and had our trade-in checked. The longest part of it all was when we had to do paperwork/contract. That too was made as pleasant as possible. Since we were transferring license it was longer but not bad. When we were finished our car was ready to drive off lot. Experience at dealership could not have been better and Mr. Winfield was businesslike but personable: experienced and informative but not PUSHY. He made the whole process move fast and smooth. I visited Colonial Honda just to look. James Parker visited me in the parking lot on a VERY hot day without hesitation even though I told him that I was just looking.
