But despite the low sticker price, Jimmy didn't rush me through -- he took several hours with me that day to just make sure that I understood what all of the terms meant, and what the bottom line of this purchase would be for me. I have to hand it to Jimmy Monger and the rest of the sales and finance team -- for a first time car buyer, it was an extremely comfortable, no-hassle and no-pressure process. I felt like I had all of the best information to make the most informed decisions, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. With the deal they also gave me on an extended warranty, purchasing a car with them was just a great, stress-free and worry-free process. Honda is a vehicle of choice by my family. We looked at the other cars but everyone decided it was the Honda. I put a search for a dealship to inquire back to me and I had everyone contact me concerning th the other cars but everyone decided it was the Honda. He informed me what his dealership had available in the 2013 Civic Ls and then told me about the warranties and the price which was much lower than what anyone else had mentioned. Now they might have gone to that point but I am not much of a haggler and Tom sold me the car the way that I like to purchase a vehicle. I feel that I got a fair deal and very satisfied with the service. More
