This is the second Honda I have purchased from Colonial Honda. Maurice Studivant was the salesperson I worked with. I bought a 2013 Honda Civic through Kia Young. She was very efficient in our communication prior to our visit. She was always by her computer and her phone to respond to me. She offered the best price among several other quotes I received. Dane gave me a thorough test drive with a cheerful and helpful manner. Dane showed me all the colors available in the lot with great patience. He made the test drive so much fun! Then two days later my husband and I went back to finalize the deal. We were asked to fetch some documents in order to qualify some incentive. Our car's check light came up and Tim the general sales manager loaned a dealer car for us to go home. The car we wanted was just off the truch so Kia stayed overtime to finish the deal with us. Throughout the process, we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of Colonial Honda and all the staff that we encountered, including the paperwork in the finance office with Mike. Kia was friendly, helpful, and patient in helping us reach the deal. I am very happy with my car and very happy with Colonial Honda and its staff. They have a huge lot and spacious show room. They even have snacks and drinks provided for the customers. It all started even before I got off my car, a young man was waiting for me to get out of car to greet me. They have excellent staff and great facility! I think their success is not just trying to sell me one car, but they aim to serve the customers for a long, long time. I definately will recommend them to my friends and family. I definately will check them out in the future when it comes to that time again: searching for my next car. Well done, Colonial Honda! We were greeted and shown the vehicle that we inquired about with enthusiasm and professionalism. Wendy was informative but not pushy. I simply made an appointment to test drive a 2013 Pilot as I was just beginning the process of seeking the best price. I met Dane Kysor and before I knew it I was going home with a new Pilot. He took his as I was just beginning the process of seeking the best price. I met Dane Kysor and before I knew it I was going home with a new Pilot. He took his time and answered all my questions. He made the process painless, especially the price! Dane paid attention to the details and even made a trip to my place of employment to install an accessory I had ordered. The original came in damaged so he took it upon himself to order me a new one. To save me another another trip to the dealership, he meet me at my office and completed the installment. Being in the customer service industry myself, I truly recognize those few that make the extra effort to satisfy the client. Dane is one of those few gems. Thank you Dane - I love my new Pilot!!! I was interested is seeing and test driving the Honda CRV. Mr. Dane Kysor was the salesman who responded to my internet inquiry. Mr. Kysor was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the CRV and i CRV. Mr. Dane Kysor was the salesman who responded to my internet inquiry. Mr. Kysor was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the CRV and its features. He carefully listened to know exactly what I was looking for in an automobile. Mr. Kysor explained and demonstrated each and every feature of the CRV prior to the test drive. During the test drive, he had me perform various things so I could see and feel how the car reacted and feel comfortable and assured of its safety. I would definitely recommend both the Colonial Honda dealership as well as Mr. Kysor as a professional and knowledgeable salesman. More

All contact was with Glenn Seymore except one. The 5 rating is for my dealings with Glenn Seymore. The person who finalizes the paperwork in the business office was the person that was the most unrespon rating is for my dealings with Glenn Seymore. The person who finalizes the paperwork in the business office was the person that was the most unresponsive to our wishes to leave for a 1&1/2 hour drive home. I did not want my wife driving in the dark, but he insisted on trying to sell us add ons, until I had to tell him I would leave without writing the check for the car if he didn't expedite the process without the sales pitch.
