Our experience in purchasing a new 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L was unexpectedly pleasant. From the time we entered the dealership we were welcomed by everyone we met. He spent considerable time with us explaining the attributes of each model and worked very making sure that our purchase would fulfill our needs in the most cost effective manner possible. We had planned to purchase the vehicle outright, but were told of a Honda program that would pay $500 toward the down payment if we financed at a low 0.9% interest rate. This was in addition to a cost reducing program on the purchase of a comprehensive extended warranty. Grace Tanner, the Financial Services Manager, was a joy to work with and was helpful explaining the availability of those additional programs and in arranging the financing. Even though we live some 30 miles away, we are very pleased with our new vehicle and our overall experience with Colonial makes the trip more than worthwhile. More

When I didn't understand a certain number break down she had no problem whipping her calculator out and showing me step-by-step. Also went above and beyond when I needed to get a service date for my vehicle to get the added package which I purchased. She didn't hesitate to leave her desk rather than transferring me to someone else instead she went to the service desk to square me away. Robert and Grace both projected a professional and dignified demeanor in all interactions.
