I walked into the dealership not expecting a car, but I walked out with a car that put me on my way! I will come back to Colonial Honda, and I will always ask for Tom or just let him know I will be on my way (in a couple of years) for a trade in. I also will just stop by to chat with him. I was extremely impressed with our overall purchasing experience at Colonial Honda. Out of the 4 dealerships that I contacted, only Colonial Honda honored this request. I also felt that Melissa gave us the best price from the beginning and my husband nor I felt the need to "haggle". Wendy has a wonderful personality and we were very pleased with all of the extra efforts she made to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely be return customers and we will also be sure to spread the word. It was WELL worth the drive & I love my new car! More
Where to start... From the first call, the girl who transferred me was rude and he salesman seemed upset that I didn't have the car's id number (sorry to burden him to look it up). He also rudely cut me off (i was trying to explain that I wasn't in front of a computer) and told me to "hold tight" when he had to look it up. I was about to not even look at the car because of the awful costumer service and experience thus far from a simple phone conversation. The sales associate was unknowledgable. For most questions, it was easier to look up the answers. I had to look up what type of oil, specs on car since he didn't know OR worse, he would give the wrong information. He told me the wrong horsepower, maybe took synthetic oil, unsure of missing piece in emergency kit- "probably just a fix a flat or nothing goes there" and those are only the things I KNOW was incorrectly told to me. It took a very long time for processing when they knew I was coming with a full check from my bank. Not sure how long the normal transaction takes but 2.5 hours seemed bit ridiculous. The woman who filed all the paperwork was very courteous, professional and friendly. However, the wrong car is listed on my registration (may be dmv's fault). The sales associate called and literally yelled at my husband about the negotiated price and that " he was paying out of pocket" for an oil change that was also negotiated. The car was priced right and dealership was clean and had a great appearance. After this experience, I would definitely not recommend this dealership UNLESS you can get a good deal on something. **I was contacted after this review and they seem very diligent on correcting the areas that fell short with my purchasing experience. They corrected the registration in a timely manner, which was DMV's fault (but still unsure why it wasn't checked before Colonial handed it to me). Unfortunately, even though they are addressing the issues internally, it still doesn't change my initial negative customer service experience. More

Everyone looking for a car needs to go to Colonial Honda. They take care of their customers. I can't say a single bad thing about my experience purchasing my car. I must have test driven at least ten different cars. James was very patient. He answered all of my questions and wanted to make sure I got the right experience and the right car. Rebekah was wonderful to work with as well. She explained everything in my paperwork and broke stuff down so I could understand it. If you go anywhere besides Colonial Honda, you are definitely missing out. More

My wife and I ran him through the wringer for almost 4 weeks, and he was always patience, honest and forthright. In the end, we purchased our car from Colonial Honda even though we had to pay thousands more for the next model up (with features we did not need or want) in order to satisfy our timeline and to buy our car from Dane. It would be easy to consider Dane family. Mike worked very hard late into the night to get us the best financing possible at a price we were comfortable with. DeAnn & Bill More
I had a great experience at Colonial Honda. Kia was great! I went with an open mind but was not anticipating driving a new vehicle home. Mr. Johnson was very professional and friendly the first moment that my husband and I came to look at the new vehicles. Mr. Johnson made us feel welcome. We did not plan to purchase a new vehicle, just to c moment that my husband and I came to look at the new vehicles. Mr. Johnson made us feel welcome. We did not plan to purchase a new vehicle, just to complete our service on our previous Odyssey. Nevertheless, Mr. Johnson showed us all the new features in the 2014 Odyssey which we purchase and love. Our children enjoy the new included entertainment (DVD and Playstation connection) which our older Odyssey did not include. I really liked how Mr. Johnson utilized the waiting time by discuss the GAP program and extended warranty and we even received a history class of the past and future of Honda, which we never encountered in the past Honda dealership. Also Mr. Johnson was very helpful in answering all our questions. Besides the LONG WAIT our overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend Mr. Johnson to all our friend station here in Fort Lee that are looking for a vehicle. Thank you Mr. Johnson for making this new purchase a great experience.
