His service was even more remarkable, because majority of the interaction between him and I was via email and phone. I was in need of a car ASAP and was more than hour away from the dealership. I did try to do a little negotiating with other dealers closer to me, but of all the Honda dealerships I contacted I felt Jimmy was most knowledge, patient, and pleasant for all my many questions. Not to mention none of the dealerships I contacted could beat the deal Colonial Honda was offering. I Vote Jimmy Monger salesman of the year along with his colleagues that assisted in my car buying experience. I will definitely refer friends and family seriously interested in a Honda to Colonial Honda :-). More

First, I purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot in May 2009 and that was a great experience, so I came back to Colonial Honda for that reason. Marlon was given my phone call when I inquired about a 2014 Pilot. that was a great experience, so I came back to Colonial Honda for that reason. Marlon was given my phone call when I inquired about a 2014 Pilot. I met with him later that day and I liked him immediately. He was very personable, knowledgeable and made buying a new Pilot an enjoyable experience. He always returned my phone calls promptly and "went the extra mile" in getting my new Honda ready for pick up. He represents Colonial Honda very well and I will call him the next time I want to purchase a new car. Buying a car can be a scary process because you never know if you are getting the best deal or if the dealership just wants to make money at your expense. Mr. Seymour was very attentive, caring and honest, answering all of our questions. I felt like he had our best interest in mind. We visited other dealerships the same day and they all seem to not care about quality but only the sell. I put my confidence in Mr. Seymour and he exceeded my expectations. It was clear that he was concerned about my need for a car and considered my wants, unlike other dealers. He gave me options and I truly trusted his judgement and it paid off. Rebekah was great as well. She answered every question and made the financial process easy to understand. Her openness and honest makes me feel confident to invest in such a big thing as a new car. My son was returning to New Jersey from North Carolina on December 16, 2013 when he ran into debris on the road in Petersburg, VA that caused significant damage to the 2006 Honda Civic he was driving. After much frustration dealing with the towing company, insurance company and adjuster, I instructed the towing company to move the car to the nearest Honda Dealership. That turned out to be the best decision since the car was finally moved to Colonial Honda on Friday January 3, 2014. I contacted the Service Department and spoke with Chad Ritenour explaining the problem that we had and the delays the I've experienced, hoping I could get the car back on the road the next day, so my son could drop off the rental car and pick up the Civic on his way back to NC. Chad was extremely helpful. He inspected the car, compared the damage to the adjusters estimate, confirmed the necessary parts were available, and with the service department working on it all day Friday had the car ready by Saturday for my son. The cost was less than the adjuster's estimate, service was excellent, and Chad kept me informed by telephone on the progress as the repairs were being made. My son picked up the Civic on Saturday and safely returned to NC that afternoon. Dealing with this insurance claim when you live 350 miles away from where the car is, was exhausting until finally reaching someone that understood the situation and was willing to help. Thank you Chad Ritenour, the entire Service Department and Colonial Honda for a job well done! More
I drove from VA Beach and it was well worth the drive. The price was exactly as quoted, the personnel were great, the car was exactly as I wanted. The trip saved me $1500.
